Return Policy
To ensure quality and maintain hygienic standards THE L WAY does not accept returns or allow exchanges on merchandise.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving package. If item is not reported within 24 hours a store credit will not be issued. The L Way is only responsible for reported defective items.
Refund Policy
THE L WAY does not offer refunds on any items. We will gladly issue a store credit if it’s within our guidelines of the return policy.
Processing & Shipping
Packages are processed and shipped out within 3 to 4 business days, during this time the order is only being prepared and processed. If you selected express or next day shipping your order will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation if one was provided. The L Way is not responsible for the arrival time or any delays of package(s) as the package(s) is now in the hands of the carrier.
USPS EXPRESS shipping is the ONLY guarantee service, USPS provides an arrival time of 1-2 business days. If you choose to have your order shipped express or next day the order must be placed by our cut off time which is 12 noon eastern time to have it shipped the same day or it will ship the next business day. If an order is placed on a Friday before the cut off time the next business day to receive an order for next day shipping is MONDAY, for an express order TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY without delays from the carrier.
*Priority: estimated 2-4 business days
*Express: 1-2 business days
*Next day: 1 business day (if order is placed before 12 noon eastern time.)
*Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to holidays or big sales.
*Items can only be shipped to the billing address that matches the card. There will not be any changes made to shipping address once order is placed!
Tracking Information
Tracking will be provided via email once your label is created.
The shipping address the customer enters at the time of purchase is where the package will be shipped to.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
THE L WAY is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or stolen packages once we have received notification that the merchandise was DELIVERED to the shipping address provided. We are also not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignore any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the lost of package. We will not be held liable for any damaged, misplaced or lost packages by carrier.
We understand that this is an unfortunate situation and should your merchandise be lost or stolen and you have not received it you must contact the USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1-800-275-8777 to report this matter.
